岗位职责:
1.处理订单：接收、审核销售订单，制作发货单，跟踪订单进度直到完成发货。
2. 协调沟通：作为“中间人”，衔接销售、仓库、物流和财务部门，安排发货并反馈问题。
3. 管理单据与数据：准确录入订单数据，统计销售报表，归档和管理所有订单文件。
4. 服务客户：处理客户的订单咨询、发货查询等事宜，维护良好的客户关系。
基本任职要求:
1. 技能：熟练使用 Excel、Word 等办公软件，会操作ERP系统者优先。
2. 能力：工作严谨、细心、有责任心，避免出错；具备良好的沟通协调能力。
3. 经验：相关工作经验优先，但细心、好学的应届毕业生通常也可考虑。
4. 学历：中专、高中或以上学历。
5.中文，马来文要求听说读写。英文可看懂即可。
6.男女不限。
