Position: Sales Administrative Lead

Salary: Php50,000 – Php70,000

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 6-7 years working experience in administrative, sales role and commercial operations.
• At least 3-3 years of experience in supervisory or leading a team.
• Experience working with ERP software system (QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team to meet the profitability standards of the branch.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage direct invoicing to the customers.
• Prepare accurate monthly accounts receivable reports
• Process Vendor accreditations form and monitoring customer’s credit applications.
• Coordinate with the logistic department deliveries and processing the orders.
