Description

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team in increasing efficiency, productivity, and overall sales performance. This position focuses on managing sales processes, analyzing data, optimizing sales systems and tools, and implementing strategies that support the achievement of business targets.


1 Analyze and monitor sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

2 Provide regular sales performance reports and dashboards to management and the sales team.

3 Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including data setup, user training, and system efficiency enhancements.

4 Collaborate with marketing and finance teams for data synchronization and strategy alignment.

5 Develop and implement standardized sales processes to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.

6 Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, such as commission management, market segmentation, and sales territory planning.

7 Assist in budget planning, sales forecasting, and resource allocation.

8 Manage documentation of sales processes and related policies.
