- Provide mentoring and training to sales teams specializing in security devices.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales coaching.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, expertise in sales management, and familiarity with the CCTV or security industry.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to client sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership skills, strong technical acumen, and a data-driven performance mindset.
