Sales Development

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (cold calls and client visits)
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and leads
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Client Operations Oversight

• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products

Customer Relationship Management

• Manage relationships with key clients
• Gather feedback from customers
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and their Google Suite Equivalent
