Responsibilities
- Responsible to monitor Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA)
- Oversees and monitors status/updates of properties for Sale
- Supervises Sales & Marketing Officer
- Provides updates/reports to be submitted to top Management
- Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Negotiate with buyer to increase offer.
- Recommends sales pricing proposal for approval.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Real Estate, Sales Management/ Marketing/Business Administration/Office Management
- Excellent skill in MS Office
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Driving Skills is an advantage for this role.
- Willing to travel.
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Preferably residing in Taguig or Nearby city
- At least 5 to 10 years related experience (including Banking Industry)
- Can start immediately
