About the Role – Enterprise Sales Manager (Malaysia)
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and expand our enterprise business in Malaysia. The successful candidate will own revenue growth across key enterprise accounts and channel partners, drive strategic sales initiatives, and build long-term relationships with resellers, system integrators, and key customers.
This role requires a high-performing sales professional with strong enterprise selling skills, deep understanding of infrastructure solutions, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and partner ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
• Own and achieve enterprise revenue targets across Malaysia
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to grow market share and drive pipeline
• Manage and expand relationships with key reseller partners, system integrators, and strategic customers
• Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities including new accounts and vertical market growth
• Lead solution positioning and collaborate closely with pre-sales teams to deliver customer presentations and proposals
• Drive partner-led sales motions: onboarding, enablement, joint pipeline planning, and performance reviews
• Maintain strong forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and CRM reporting discipline
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and propose actionable strategies to leadership
• Represent ICT Distribution at partner events, customer meetings, and industry engagements
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and vendor teams to execute GTM campaigns, promotions, and launches
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of enterprise/channel sales experience in IT infrastructure solutions (hardware/software/cloud)
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology stack (servers, storage, networking, security, cloud/hybrid models)
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles
• Experience selling through distribution or partner ecosystems (resellers/SIs/MSPs) is strongly preferred
• Strong capability in consultative selling, stakeholder management, and solution-based proposals
Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and enterprise-level presentation skills
• Ability to build executive relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong strategic planning and pipeline management skills
• Highly driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify market trends and sales opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities while maintaining structured follow-ups and forecasting accuracy
