About ICT 

 

ICT Distribution is established solely to strengthen the distribution network in the APAC region with a particular focus on South Asian and Southeast Asian countries and its Headquarters in Sydney, Australia. We work on core Enterprise Solutions and retail products, including a wide array of IT hardware and software products and other peripherals. 


About the Role – Sales Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our business operations in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, build strong partner relationships, and execute strategic initiatives to increase market share. This role requires a proactive leader with deep market knowledge and a strong network within the IT industry. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Drive sales targets and achieve revenue goals for the Indonesia region 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration 

• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, and key partners 

• Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends 

• Conduct regular business reviews and ensure strong pipeline management 

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute campaigns and product launches 

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market reports to management 

• Represent ICT Distribution at industry events, partner meetings, and client presentations 

 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field 

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT hardware/software sales or channel management 

• Strong understanding of the Indonesia IT market and distribution landscape 

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 

 

Skills: 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 

• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities 

• Highly organized with strong analytical and strategic planning skills 

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage
