• Bachelors degree in any related field.
• At least 2 year of experience in Sales Team Lead.
• Experience working in a Distributor Company is an advantage.
• Amendable to attend face to face interview.

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze sales data to track team and individual performance.

• Assist with daily operations, customer escalations, and assigning sales territories.
