Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring the achievement of company sales objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Motivate the sales team to continuously generate leads, strengthen client relationships, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members.
  • Set sales goals, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure successful execution.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and sales territories.
  • Plan thoroughly, set sales goals, analyze performance data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts to achieve company objectives.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and advise sales representatives.
  • Continuously develop skills related to hiring, training, and leadership.
  • Nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Achieve planned sales goals and quotas.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Set, monitor, and regularly report on individual and team sales targets.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and provide performance recommendations for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Provide continuous training and coaching to support professional growth through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge development.
  • Actively promote the organization and its products.
  • Understand target customers and their relationship with the company’s products.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach and global presence.
  • Identify and address skill and knowledge gaps within the team.
  • Conduct scheduled meetings and daily check-ins to ensure alignment with sales quotas.
  • Manage month-end and year-end sales reports and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years corporate sales management experience with OOH Background
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and direct a sales team effectively.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Strong experience in planning and implementing successful sales strategies.
