Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business or any related field
• Master’s in Business Administration is an advantage
• At least 6-10 years of work experience in Leadership role
• Experience in dealer development and project sales
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute sales strategy.
• Expand the dealer and project-based channels
• Lead regional sales teams, partner support, and training programs
• Drive market-based growth strategies, forecasting, and management
• Ensure pipeline visibility, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional alignment for the CAC division
