RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and manage a team of Property Specialists.
- Ensure proper cascade of pertinent information (company policies, memo, announcements) to the team.
- Manage the team's morale by implementing various sales activities and mentoring.
- Meet required sales quota of the team every quarter.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
- Experience in the real estate industry as a leader for at least 2-3 years.
- Must be amenable to do mall manning and digital selling.
- Must have own gadget/ laptop/ tablet and strong internet connection.
