Position Title: Sales Manager

Location: Cebu

Schedule: Day Shift

Salary: PHP 35,000 – PHP 40,000

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans for the region. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring the team meets sales targets and expands its market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• A strong understanding of CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with the Cebu head office and other regional offices to ensure alignment in sales strategies and company goals.
• Logistics and Collections Support: Oversee and support logistics, order fulfillment, and collections in coordination with the main office and distributors.
