Description

Sales Promotion


  • Promotes and sells our client's wire and cable products to customers in the assigned area, achieving the target sales quota within the prescribe marginal income (MI).
  • Coordinates with the plant and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Engages in actvie relationship-building with key industry influencers to strengthen the brand loyalty and increase market penetration.


Strategy and Forecasting


  • Collaborates with the Sales Manager/ Supervisor to prepare and implement sales strategies and budgets.
  • Prepares and submits monthly sales and collection forecasts.


Customer Management and Support


  • Discusses ongoing transactions and resolves collection issues with the immediate supervisor.
  • Leads the resolution of customer complaints by coordinating with Technical Services and/or Logistics as necessary.
  • Prepares and submits quotations based on customer's requirements ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines.


Market Intelligence


  • Monitors and reports on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Maintains detailed records of sales activities, including sales calls, customer interactions and market insights.


Others

  • Ensures expenses are maintained within reasonable limits, seeking approval for any expenses above 5,000 php.
  • Performs other sales-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering or any Engineering course.
  • At least 1 year of significant experience in sales engineering preferably in a manufacturing form of electrical wire and cable products or related sales functions.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Capable of making well informed decisions in line with company policies and customer needs.
  • Experience in business selling.
  • Above average in key account management, selling principles, financial analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, proactive, handles pressure well and adapts to changing work requirements.
