We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Engineer to support our sales operations and customer engagement initiatives. The role involves sales coordination, Customer Relations Management, customer communication, and marketing support to help drive sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Sales Support and Coordination

• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotations
• Coordinate closely with external Sales Engineers
• Follow up on submitted quotations and customer decisions
• Maintain an updated product and pricing catalog

Customer Communication

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer communications
• Qualify leads and route complex inquiries to the appropriate team

Marketing and Campaign Support

• Assist in the coordination of email campaigns and sales-related events
• Track and report on campaign performance and results

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related fields such as:
• Industrial & Computer Engineering (ICE)
• Electrical Engineering (EE)

Experience

• At least 1 year experience in sales, sales support, or a related role
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
