Undertakes a highly competent stand in the market as field consultant by determining in-depth market needs and wants and serving them with utmost customer satisfaction.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Solicits sales from regular and potential customer through professional service by providing free accurate estimate (base on plan or actual measurement) and generate sales contract.

2. Continues to identify and develops market potentials and widens market coverage.

3. Monitors daily cash collection and accounts receivables to assure timely collections.

4. Coordinates documentation processes to assure smooth flow of papers.

5. Monitors completeness/accuracy of data & attachments to contract.

6. Develops good business atmosphere with customer.

7. Strengthen business relationship and promote goodwill to customer.

Candidates must possess blueprint reading ability to provide accurate estimates based on plans and actual measurements.

QUALIFICATION:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial or Civil), Architecture and/or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Construction industry sales experience is required for this position.
• Willing to be assigned in Cavite
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
