Position Overview

As the Head of Business Development for the region, you will be fully responsible for market expansion outcomes in your territory. You will manage the local BD team, set clear performance targets, lead strategic partnerships, and execute regional growth plans.

This role requires a deep understanding of crypto user growth strategies, affiliate commission structures, trading community operations, and the local KOL network.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute Toobit’s regional growth strategy, covering spot, derivatives, and copy trading products

2. Recruit, manage, and mentor senior BD managers and BD specialists

3. Identify and onboard high-potential agents, affiliate promoters, KOLs, and institutional partners

4. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure growth strategies align with overall platform objectives

5. Track key regional performance indicators and continuously optimize strategies based on ROI

6. Represent Toobit at industry conferences and local community events

Requirements

Must-haves:

1. Strong network and resources within local KOLs, communities, and agencies

2. Experience building a regional business development team from the ground up

3. Professional working proficiency in English

Additional requirements:

1. Over 4 years of experience in business development, growth, or affiliate marketing at crypto exchanges

2. Proven track record of driving market expansion or regional user growth

3. Experience managing commission-based partnerships and establishing KPI frameworks

4. Self-driven, results-oriented, quick learner with strong cross-cultural adaptability
