• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing operational and sales tactics aligned with company goals
• Monitor daily operations and ensure implementation of approved strategies
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of plans
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights
• Support campaign rollouts, promotions, and market initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, timelines, and standard procedures
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
• Handle administrative coordination and documentation related to tactical plans

Work Experience

• At least 1–2 years of experience in coordination, operations, sales support, business development, or related roles
• Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or distribution is an advantage
• Background in project coordination or cross-functional team support is preferred
• Experience in reporting, data tracking, and performance monitoring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, or any related course or atleast SHS Graduate
• Additional training in project management, operations, or data analysis is an advantage
