Description
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle models
- Conduct product presentations and arrange test drives
- Explain vehicle features, warranties, financing, and insurance options
- Prepare and process all necessary documents for sales transactions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, or showroom visits
- Stay updated with the latest vehicle models, features, and market trends
- Coordinate with other departments such as finance and service for smooth customer transactions
- Proven experience in automotive sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a strong sales drive
- Knowledgeable about vehicle features, financing, and insurance
- Must be results-oriented and goal-driven
