岗位职责：
负责区块链相关产品及服务的销售工作
独立跟进客户，从需求沟通、方案介绍、报价谈判到成交
开拓新客户资源，维护现有客户关系，提升客户复购
定期汇总销售进展及市场反馈，协助优化销售策略
岗位要求：
年龄 23–30岁，女士优先。有基本销售经验，有区块链 / 金融 / 销售类经验优先
了解区块链基础概念（如 Web3、钱包、链、智能合约、加密资产等）
具备良好的沟通能力与成交意识
目标感强，结果导向，抗压能力好
中文需要作为工作语言
会基础的英语加分（非硬性要求）
