Description
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective strategies and customer outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory using the POS system.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, OR at least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Positive personality and a customer-focused mindset.
