• Assist the sales team with daily operations including order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales service.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases accurately.
• Support preparation of sales materials, quotations, and promotional documents.
• Help monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams.
• Assist with basic administrative duties and team communication as required.

• With experience on Live selling is an advantage
