  • Sales and Distribution Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and manage the distribution of premium ham products, ensuring timely delivery to customers and retailers.
  • Merchandising and Strategy: Create and execute merchandising plans to maximize sales, including product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales and merchandising professionals to achieve company goals.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain: Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts, oversee product placement, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain strong commercial relationships.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare reports to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all merchandising and sales activities align with the brand's premium image and standards.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in sales management, merchandising, or brand management, preferably within the food or premium/luxury goods industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the premium ham market, including consumer trends and competitor activities, is a significant advantage.
