Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 3 years of work experience in marketing and retail operations

At least 1-2 years of work experience in home appliances industry

Knowledgeable in market operations and management

Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and report daily sales performance by channel, RC, and store, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Prepare and distribute weekly sales performance reports for Sales, RCs, Product Managers, and management.

Issue monthly sales reports and evaluate promoter performance based on rolling 3-month results.

Analyze and share weekly store inventory reports, providing insights and supporting purchase order (PO) preparation.

Manage marketing expense budgets and reimbursements, including salaries, POP materials, exhibitions, and other marketing costs.
