Description
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage customer relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams to create promotional materials.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Attend trade shows and networking events.
- Support brand awareness and engage with the community.
- Identify and pursue new B2B customers and industrial market segments
- Manage existing customer accounts and provide excellent service
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical product discussions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate contracts
- Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Manage company presence on digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns)
- Create and maintain promotional materials, product catalogs, and trade show displays
- Organize and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events
- Analyze marketing data and campaign effectiveness; suggest improvements
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and cold calling skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with some remote work flexibility; occasional travel may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for social media marketing.
