- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the area.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance product offerings.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Working Conditions: Frequent travel within the assigned area, primarily office-based work.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, resilience, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
