Description

  • Assist the sales team in managing transaction documents
  • Record and archive purchase orders from customers
  • Ensure that order data is complete and accurate before processing
  • Input sales data into administrative systems (ERP, Excel, CRM)
  • Update order status, inventory, and shipping
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

Requirements

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and possesses good communication skills
  • Able to work in a team and under pressure
