Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in understanding SMEG products, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored recommendations based on their needs.
• Showcase the functionality and features of various SMEG appliances, ensuring customers grasp the value and benefits of each product.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, process orders, and follow up on customer leads.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• At least college level (2nd year)
• 2-3 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or product-related roles is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of SMEG's product line, including features, benefits, and usage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and achieving sales targets.
