Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through strategic prospecting and account management.

• Identify new business opportunities and conduct meetings and product presentations with prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to support product development and business strategy.

• Ensure excellent customer service from first contact to post-sale follow-up.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Regional Director, and team to align on goals and initiatives.

• Support sales and marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and market research.

• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction, with a focus on long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of sales experience in the construction industry. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team.

• Fast learner with solid organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
