As a Sales Agent (Retention), you’ll play a vital role in helping clients feel heard, supported, and valued. Whether it’s solving a problem, offering tailored solutions, or simply listening well, your job is to reduce churn and strengthen loyalty, all while working with a collaborative, energetic team.

• Proactively reach out to existing clients to understand concerns or hesitation
• Build strong connections and trust with empathy and clear communication
• Help clients get more value from our platform — and stay with us longer
• Offer personalized solutions, promotions, or support based on client needs
• Use negotiation and persuasion to turn tough conversations into success stories
• Promote the benefits of our trading platform to new and returning clients
• Log all interactions and insights in our CRM
• Hit retention and upsell targets as part of a high-performing team
• Share feedback from clients to help improve our products and service

• Fluency in Vietnamese (spoken and written) is highly favorable but not required
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retention
• Confident in handling objections, negotiations, and tough conversations
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Skilled in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Curious, resilient, and passionate about helping people
• Thrive in a fast-moving, team-first environment
