  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the finance and health industries.
  • Identify client needs and tailor sales strategies to meet those requirements effectively.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling and networking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
  • Meeting with client virtually or during sales visits
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Establish new business.
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Working towards monthly or annual targets
  • Actively seeks out and develops new direct shipping customers.
  • Provide consistent interaction with existing customers.
  • Manages sales territory coverage by visiting existing customers to ensure level of customer contact required to support the business plan.
  • Maintains and builds accounts relationships.
  • Ensures Open rates


Minimum Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to conduct competitor analysis and support sales initiatives
  • Working Conditions: Flexibility to work in a dynamic team environment and occasionally outside standard office hours


Preferred Requirements:

  • Graduate of Any 4 years or At least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any course.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • With Experience at Forwarding Company or Logistic Company.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Resilience
  • Strong communication skills-including both virtual and written.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Commercial awareness
  • Numerical skills
