Summary of Role

In this role, you will be responsible for introducing US-based healthcare providers to their first "Digital Hire." You will bridge the gap between traditional BPO services and autonomous automation. Your goal is to show practice owners that they can replace manual, error-prone "grunt work" with a hyprtask Digital Employee that never sleeps, never quits, and scales instantly.

Key Focus Areas

  • Strategic Outreach: Target US-based medical practices (specifically Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, and Outpatient Specialists) to introduce our Digital Employee solutions.

The "Digital Hire" Conversion: Move prospects away from the mindset of "hiring people" to "hiring a digital team member."

  • Workflow Analysis: Use your US BPO experience to identify manual bottlenecks in a client's current process (e.g., Insurance Verification, Patient Intake, or Claim Entry) and propose the right Digital Employee for the job.

Demo & Consultation: Conduct high-impact presentations demonstrating how our automation tools function as a tireless extension of the client's local team.

  • Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle, from initial cold outreach and discovery to closing the deal and assisting with implementation.
  • Make 50+ calls/day (10+ conversations)

Craft data-driven strategies for prospects based on job seeker insights

Minimum Qualifications

• US BPO Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience working in a US-facing BPO environment. You must understand US professional culture, timezone dynamics, and communication standards.

• Healthcare Knowledge is a plus: Familiarity with US Healthcare terminology, including HIPAA, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and Eligibility Verification.

• Sales Grit: Proven experience in high-volume cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead generation.

• Tech-Savvy: You aren't afraid of AI. You understand the basic concepts of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and how it differs from standard software.

• Results-Driven: You thrive on quotas and are motivated by the "AMP IT UP!" culture of a high-growth startup.
