Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition (Online)
• Source potential clients through Facebook groups, online marketplaces, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Send messages, comments, and posts to promote RMB’s accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance services.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from all digital channels.
• Convert leads into paying clients.

Sales & Closing

• Present RMB service packages via chat, call, Zoom, or email.
• Prepare and send quotations and proposals (templates provided).
• Follow up with leads until successfully closed.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets.

Facebook Page Management

• Handle, update, and maintain the official RMB Facebook Page.
• Post content, promotions, service information, and announcements (materials will be provided).
• Ensure branding, tone, and posting schedule are consistent.
• Respond to inquiries and comments on the RMB page in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor page messages and route potential leads into the sales funnel.
• Assist in boosting visibility through engagement activities (sharing posts in groups, replying to comments, etc.).

Online Marketing Assistance

• Share and promote official RMB posts across online channels.
• Suggest strategies to increase visibility and lead generation.
• Represent the brand with professionalism on all social media platforms.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain an updated lead and closed-client tracker.
• Submit weekly reports on leads, conversations, and conversions.
• Track inquiries received through the RMB Facebook Page.
