- 帳戶管理—準備客戶報價與提案。管理、監控並協調經銷商之行銷活動。
- 應收帳款管理—監控經銷商應收帳款及扣款；監控經銷商付款並進行款項回收；核對並平衡採購訂單與實際交付量。
- 通路拓展—開發新帳戶並拜訪潛在經銷商。
- 報表製作與提交—依週、月、季、年週期製作並提交 PSI、EOD、重點工作、通路拓展計畫等報告。
- 行政與督導—監控推廣員銷售績效與出貨量；為推廣員進行產品培訓；店面開發與拓展、陳列佔比及 SKU 擴增。
- 負責空調產品。
資格條件：
- 學士學位：具商業、行銷、管理或傳播相關科系背景者。
- 至少1–2年銷售、客戶服務或相關領域經驗。
- 具備優秀的溝通與簡報技巧，以有效建立客戶關係並介紹產品或服務。
- 具協商合約及交易條款之能力。
- 能識別並解決客戶需求與問題。
- 願意出差或進行外勤拜訪。
- 須具備電機或電器公司工作經驗。
