The Sales Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and ensuring excellent after-sales support to drive long-term business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients to secure deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client issues, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client information in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities as needed.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management on customer needs, product improvements, and market conditions.
