Job description:

A Sales Account Executive for Industrial is primarily responsible for creating revenue growth by maintaining client relationships ranging from large enterprise, identifying new business prospects, and finalizing sales transactions. This position combines strategic account management with hands-on sales execution to meet and exceed targets.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and promote products or services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain long term relationships with clients by understanding their needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor solutions
• Track Sales Performance and prepare regular reports.
• Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of costumer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate in any field; Mechanical Engineering background is preferred but not required.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• confident and professional in dealing with Senior Management and key / high value clients.
• Presentable and well groomed, with a professional demeanor suitable for client-facing responsibilities.
• Demonstrates confidence, maturity and sound judgement in Business discussions and negotiations.
