Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful execution of events and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

I. Client Acquisition & Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach, networking, and lead generation.

III. Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

IV. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, logistics, production) to ensure seamless execution of events and marketing campaigns.

V. Performance-Driven Sales: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the events, marketing, or talent industry.
