Description
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Provide training and support to staff on safety standards
- Analyze accident reports and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Promote a culture of safety within the organization
- Respond to safety emergencies and incidents
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in safety management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and ability to conduct safety audits.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits; may require evening or weekend work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
