Description

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide safety training and education to employees.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in safety management and project oversight.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong project leadership, operations management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety training, and develop safety policies.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with frequent site visits to assess safety measures.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for occupational health.
