Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and data-sensitive Risk Control Operator to join our rapidly growing trading platform. This role will focus on user behavior analysis, liquidity monitoring, and the execution of risk control rules to identify high-risk operations such as arbitrage, wash trading, and manipulation that may exist on the platform. You will assist in optimizing risk control processes and execution efficiency to ensure the platform operates safely, stably, and compliantly.

You will be directly involved in building risk control processes, data analysis, and risk control execution, collaborating closely with product, data, and operations teams to facilitate the implementation of risk control mechanisms in the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily monitoring and early warning of core risk control indicators on the platform, identifying behaviors such as wash trading arbitrage, agent fee manipulation, and abnormal profit and loss;
• Track and analyze user behavior data to identify potential risk accounts, promoting the construction of user profiling and tiered handling mechanisms;
• Collaborate with the data team to build risk control dashboards and promote the implementation of standardized data systems;
• Monitor liquidity data of cryptocurrencies, market fluctuations, and significant price volatility, assisting in the development of early warning logic;
• Work collaboratively with product and operations teams to continuously optimize reward systems, position limitation mechanisms, and blacklist strategies;
• Follow up on the effectiveness of various risk control strategies, continuously optimizing monitoring logic and response efficiency;
• Support emergency response and incident handling, including abnormal trading investigations and post-event reviews;

• Shift work system, accommodating nighttime and holiday risk control standby requirements (remote work supported).
