岗位职责
- 负责客户KYC/CDD/EDD审核，重点覆盖高值客户、家族、信托架构及机构客户
- 监控大额和跨境资金流，使用链上分析工具识别可疑交易并进行调查
- 执行制裁名单、PEP及负面新闻审查
- 编写和维护反洗钱政策、客户风险评估、合规审计及监管报表
- 协助MLRO准备和提交可疑交易报告（STR/SAR）
- 参与合规培训，提升团队风险防控意识
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融、法律、会计、合规等相关专业优先
- 2–5年AML或合规工作经验，有私人银行、财富管理、支付或数字资产领域经验优先
- 熟悉AML/CFT风险框架，具备跨境资金流管理经验
- 中英文沟通与写作能力强
- 持有CAMS、ICA、ACAMS等合规类资格证书优先
