We are urgently hiring skilled and safety-conscious Riggers to support telecom tower construction, antenna installation, and maintenance work. The Rigger will be responsible for climbing towers, lifting equipment, and ensuring the secure handling and installation of telecom materials at height.

Applicants who are residents of Benguet, La Union, or Bulacan are highly preferred for proximity to current and upcoming project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Climb telecom towers and high structures to install antennas, radios, cables, and other equipment.
• Assist in rigging and lifting of materials, tools, and devices using ropes, pulleys, and cranes.
• Ensure all rigging tasks follow safety procedures and proper load handling techniques.
• Perform inspections of rigging gear, safety harnesses, climbing tools, and equipment before use.
• Support installation of guy wires, grounding systems, cable trays, and feeder lines.
• Work closely with the Team Leader and Technicians to ensure accuracy and quality of installation.
• Comply strictly with company safety policies and DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings, site briefings, and hazard assessments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and assigned equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or TESDA vocational course graduate (preferably in Electrical, EIM, or related).
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in rigging, tower climbing, or telecom-related work.
• Physically fit and not afraid of heights; must pass medical and physical fitness exams.
• Must have completed Tower Climbing Safety Training or Work at Heights (WAH) Certificate.
• Knowledgeable in proper use of harnesses, fall arrest systems, and rigging gear.
• Basic understanding of telecom equipment and installations is an advantage.
• Trustworthy, safety-conscious, and a team player.
