- Maintain attractive product displays to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with store staff to implement promotional strategies.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Assist in training staff on merchandising techniques.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Planning.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in product placement, stock inventory, and maintain visual displays.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills.
