Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.

• Answer inquiries about prices, promotions, and store policies.

• Provide product recommendations when needed.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and refer issues to supervisors when necessary.

Sales & Merchandising

• Replenish shelves, ensure correct product placement, and maintain visually appealing displays.

• Check and update price tags, shelf labels, and promotional materials.

• Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items to the merchandiser or supervisor.

Store Operations

• Perform cashiering duties if assigned, including scanning items, processing payments, and issuing receipts.

• Follow proper bagging and checkout procedures.

• Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and expiry monitoring (FIFO).

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including shelves and work stations.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow Robinsons Supermarket policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

• Comply with hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• Report damaged, expired, or unsafe products.
