Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering course (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Materials Science) or any 4-yr business course
• At least two (2) years work-related experience
• Has experience in account management
• Preferably has knowledge in retail business
• Driving Skills
• Computer literate (MS Words, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
• Preferably has background in real estate & property management and development

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to increase sales.
• Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to tailor campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams for cohesive promotions.
• Manage in-store displays and merchandising to attract customers.
• Plan and oversee promotional events and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
• Utilize digital marketing tools to enhance outreach.
• Ensure brand consistency across all retail marketing materials.
• Adapt marketing tactics based on customer feedback and sales data.

SALARY RANGE: PHP30,000.00 TO PHP40,000.00
