Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Knowledgeable off all company products and confidently offer to the clients.
• Protect and secure stock, cash and company assets by ensuring that the sales activities are in accordance to CRR and existing sales policies, procedure and guidelines.
• Maintains regular and efficient servicing to all distributor assigned.
• Prepares, reviews, and analyzes his daily sales operations monitor.
• Remits all sales revenues and ensure zero route shortage.
• Submits immediately to his superior all current competitors activities within 24 hours in his assigned territories.
• Conducts daily BLOWBAGA /truck cleaning for his route truck and reports regularly route truck trouble.
• Drives defensively and reports immediately any vehicular accident if any, to immediate superior.
• Manager 2-3 times a week daily and ensure volume off take.
• Remit and prepare sales report after each routing day.
• Prepares regular PO for the approval of the supervisor.
• Regular update should be done ( closed and opened accounts) and submit to Sales Manager.
• Manage and maintain the regular schedule of outlets from Monday to Saturday.

Job Requirements

• At least College Level or graduate of any course.
• With Sales experience, Booking and collecting for 1 year in (Fast Moving Consumer Goods ) FMCG.
• With Pro Drivers License Code 1,2,3.
• Experienced in handling supermarkets and distributors.
• Willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna.
• Required skills: Negotiation skills, Excellent Communication skills.
