As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging customers, identifying their needs, and providing the right products or services to meet those needs. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and supporting the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Maintain a strong knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and pricing
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Keep the sales area organized, stocked, and visually appealing
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer literacy and POS experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
