Description

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in finding products and answering inquiries
• Recommend items to meet customer needs and increase sales
• Ensure products are properly displayed and shelves are organized
• Monitor inventory and replenish stocks when needed
• Maintain cleanliness in the sales area and fitting rooms
• Achieve daily or monthly sales targets
• Assist in receiving deliveries and checking item quantities
• Report any customer concerns, issues, or damaged items
• Follow store policies, guidelines, and security procedures

Requirements:

• High school graduate or college level (any course)
• With or without experience (experience in retail or customer service is a plus)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be friendly, approachable, and presentable
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be assigned in the Department store.
• Can start ASAP.
