  • Refers to a technical professional who provides specialized support for Apple's Macintosh (Mac) computers and related systems. This role often involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing user support, and managing Mac-based IT infrastructure. 
  • Power Mac Center Mac Expert/Sales Associate:
  • Focuses on selling products and services, building customer relationships, and explaining product features. Requires at least six months of retail experience and strong communication skills. 
  • Power Mac Center Sales Staff/Cashier/Inventory Clerk:
  • May involve sales, cashiering, and inventory management, with a focus on retail operations. 


Requirements

  • At least College level
  • Strong technical skills, sales experience, and customer service expertise
  • Mac OS Proficiency
  • Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
  • Sales Experience
