Job Description:

• Assists sales team in the achievement of store target on a daily, monthly basis
• Responsible for store maintenance together with the rest of the team
• Responsible in assisting customers to decide which merchandise to purchase
• Gives feedback to shop supervisor all information related to operations (customer feedback, product performance)
• Assists in merchandising, visual display maintenance and housekeeping
• Ensures compliance on visual display guidelines and policies
• Replenishes merchandise on display and protects it from internal and external theft
• Provides assistance in tagging and re-tagging of merchandise
• Executes proper steam ironing procedures of merchandise before display
• Participates in monthly / yearly inventory
• Maintains awareness of product knowledge and marketing promotions
• Monitors individual sales drivers and KPIs
• Must know cashiering procedures, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Performs other related tasks assigned by superior

Job Qualification:

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• With experience in Retail Sales
• With pleasing personality
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Makati City - Glorietta 2, Ayala Malls in a shifting schedule (9:45 am - 6:45 pm, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
• No visible tattoos
